Logo by Christine Johnson
The ECAG membership wanted a logo that came from outside the Board. A logo competition was held in 2024 with a cash prize and lifetime membership to ECAG. Several great designs were submitted. After thoughtful consideration, the ECAG Board chose Christine Johnson's design.
This is how Christine described the thought and artistic process that went into developing her design:
"I believe ECAG will have a far reaching impact. This will be a place to find camaraderie and validation for an often undervalued calling. My inspiration came from the above and really created itself. The double circle represents a circle of friends, doubly strong. The wave of colors representing the unique art forthcoming from this group. Purples and oranges in particular represent the mountains and ranchland. Remaining colors are intertwined as a reminder that art often takes on a life its own in the process."
